Pros

Rival IQ checks off all the boxes of my ideal job. The people are top notch - smart, dedicated, talented and most importantly great to work alongside. Two, the technology is strong - great existing product and significant opportunities to continue innovation and leverage emerging tech. Three, the problem we solve in the market is real and that is validated by strong customer loyalty. Four, there is just great work-life balance - the leadership team puts a priority on that and encourages and enables us to strike that balance. Overall, this is a really unique place.

Cons

The new customer growth has been slower than expected which impacts the feeling of success and potential investments that can be made to further grow the company.

Pros

- The founders are truly fantastic human beings. They care deeply for their staff and want everyone to feel that they are a part of something. - The product is great and there is a huge focus on shipping features and updates so that it's always improving. - Excellent work/life balance, flexible work days, WFH policies - Great benefits and PTO. I had used 4 weeks of PTO when I had a family emergency in Australia and they insisted that I fly home for 10 days and not worry about work. It was incredibly kind and made me feel valued.

Cons

- There was a little bit of turmoil when I was there due to some old-school marketing/sales leaders who are no longer at the company. I don't believe that's an issue anymore. - Competitors have a lot of cash to burn and don't hesitate to do so, which can make marketing a little difficult.
