Pros
The atmosphere was generally kind and caring. The company is small enough that there was no problem going straight to the person with the answer, and this company truly cares about employee health as a part of living, not simply as a product to sell. It's primarily windowed offices and open space, and very welcoming.
Cons
Turnover rate has been somewhat high and often forced. Temporary salary cuts have been a significant part of the company's past; now they appear to cut the number of people and hire again later when money is available again. The QA process was often with the end user, or with the sales team while doing product demos to potential clients.
