Frustrating Work Environment - Anonymous employee Riverside Community Health Foundation Employee Review

Executives are untrustworthy. Execs promise things (reviews, raises, a decent network, clients coming on board, etc.), they never happen. Owner/President seems to have no idea how some execs treat their staff. No growth working here. Lack of communication. Underpaid employees. Favoritism. No Day Care. No Bonus. Work long hours (weekends and evenings) Drama between workers. Horrible Coordinators. Too many employees have resigned in just one year due to poor management and ineffective communication. Employees are viewed as disposable.
