CNA - CNA Riverside Health Employee Review

The facility I work for gives too many crappy employees too many strikes. Lets them come in to work late all the time and they never got reprimanded. Too many Aides treat the work like work and don't care about patient care. Management needs to stop being friends and letting those certain employees get away with so much and have the wool pulled over their eyes while they do whatever they want at the patients cost. So many staff has no respect.
