The founders are great - down to earth, lovely people. Work-life balance is OK with hybrid setup. Standing desks are standard. Occasional snacks in the kitchen. People passionate about sustainability and making an impact.

Leadership (VP) are a mess for the most part, and this cascades down to the line. Even directors don't know what they're doing but act like they do. We end up making multiple rounds of revisions for the same PowerPoint deck and a lot of busy work that is not impactful. They want to be different from the "big bad CPG" but they recruited all their leaders from there and brought over toxic behavior. The founders believe in values but the leaders below them do not exhibit them, which makes these values null and void.
