      Cons

      They expect you to work 12 hrs a day for 6 hr Salary. Management does nothing when you tell them that the workload is crazy. Hire you for a different Technology and put in a completely different technology which you tell that you have never worked on!! and they expect expert level proficiency on it from day one!!

      Pros

      This is a good place to explore and try out new technology to help the content-management focus of Rivetlogic. If you have a good rationale for something, tell Sumer about it and get a meeting with interested peers.

      Cons

      The culture seemed to have a malaise last year. The organization seemed less organized & positive last year (2014). Maybe that has changed in the last year.
