      Pros

      Diverse, great working environment, good benefits, frequent communications from senior management. Feel like you are doing something good for the world and the company cares about you Startup like, but growing up.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons, the work is challenging and diverse, there is a lot to do, change is constant, deadlines are yesterday, its like no other place I've ever worked and I love it, but you may not.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
