      Pros

      Rize continues to keep a stellar culture within the company. Having multiple mediums to talk to employees and keeping channels open to interacting with the leadership team. It is easy to have your voice heard. Working with a well-diverse and skilled team allows me to trust my team members. Rize is building cutting-edge financial technology which keeps everyday exciting and unique.

      Cons

      The company has a lot going on. Just like any start-up, some work isn't scoped and you are constantly building things without so much structure. If you aren't able to work well with teams in a fast-paced enviornmnet, then Rize is not for you.

      Pros

      Rize is still a small team so there's a lot of opportunity to have ownership over your work and champion projects. It's exciting (and sometimes terrifying!) to be working on something that could totally change an industry. The team is a fun bunch of people to work with -- everyone is really passionate about their work. Management is very flexible around PTO and WFH so if anything comes up at home at the last minute you never feel bad calling in to a meeting from your living room.

      Cons

      Rize still has that start-up mentality so sometimes it can feel a bit like controlled chaos. There's not a lot of handholding or direct guidance so you have to be comfortable directing and managing your own work. The team org is a little unclear so sometimes it can be confusing who to run things by.
