      Pros

      The reason would be, this company will show more care on freshers. When we are freshers the proper guidance is important to make career more bright full. This company has the good senior staff to guide the freshers towards reach their goals.

      Cons

      They does not gives a chances to employees to move to newer/other technologies. PHP employee should work on PHP projects. CMS employee should be on CMS projects. When we are in software stream we need to get updated with latest technologies.
