      Pros

      Great stream of projects with all sizes of customers. Changes in regional leadership showing positive outcomes. Smaller size means good opportunity to grow and gain new skills.

      Cons

      Consulting means some intensely busy periods but the company tries to provide balance. Half a day off every last Friday of the month as a perk for example.

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
