      Senior management understands the ground level nuances and empowers the team to take decisions. They also have a clear plan for the future in terms of employee growth, business growth etc There is complete autonomy, accountability and responsibility for the team at levels.

      Cons

      Strictly does not allow nonveg food in the building. Salary growth until promotion is a bit slow.
