There are some really great team members that are passionate about the work they do. Being part of a smaller company enables you to communicate across teams easily. There is a true work/life balance. You get the opportunity to learn more about AI. Excellent marketing team that does a great job of getting initial interest from the community. CEO shows a genuine interest in the people that work for him. Average healthcare IF you live in or around Pennsylvania. Otherwise, the health care is not good.
Cons
Depeding on where you are in your career, pay could be an issue. If you are starting out, and interested in wearing many hats, this could be great for you and you would likely have decent pay, while you learn many aspects of working for a company. If you are an industry professional, you may not be able to earn your worth. Product is changing all the time, so if you are in sales, that means you need to be able to pivot often and this can effect sales in a negative way. There is a lot of pressure and not much support from managment, while sales seems to get blamed for most of the company's short falls. Employee feedback seems easily disregarded and there are way too many meetings.
