I worked at RoadOne IntermodaLogistics for a while and overall had a really good experience. The job kept me busy and I learned a lot about transportation, dispatching, and how logistics operations actually work day to day. My coworkers were easy to work with and management in our terminal treated people fairly if you did your job well.

Busy days can get hectic sometimes.

There was constant pressure to respond immediately to every issue. Customer expectations, rail updates, and dispatch problems never stopped. It felt like the workday never really ended.
