      There is definite interest in turning the company around and leadership is trying really hard to do so. My coworkers are nice

      Pros

      Bring your truck or lease one. I have done both. I currently brought in 351k with 80k in fuel . I run a team operation now and I ran solo for 4 years. I have always done great numbers here at Roadrunner and love the atmosphere here at Roadrunner. I go home when I want . Drop and hook freight, terminal to terminal. I am spoiled . Will retire here.

      Gotta learn the lanes and rates but good news is we have a team to help you with that .

      Team is great. Schedule is flexible.

      Disorganized. Unrealistic expectation. Major contributions/impact are never recognized, but criticism/unconstructive feedback is plentiful.
