General staff is kind and welcoming

Poor management and communication, unprofessional management

Small office means everyone is close and are able to talk to each other freely.

The Senior Architects and Junior architect were not professional and watched netflix all day. The Senior Architect was also taking personal calls throughout the day with no care of how loud he was speaking. there was not a lot of work given a lot of the time I was not working on anything. Owner had anger issues and was very rude. no one took me out to the field even when i was clearlyeager to and not working on anything else.
