Pros
You are given the freedom and support to take control of your role and I have not seen any instances of micromanagement. The leadership team is clear with objectives. There are opportunities for career growth. It is encouraged and supported, with actions, by management. You are never told to stay in your lane and are encouraged to branch out. You are encouraged to be able to work independently, but you are never on your own and peer review well supported. Good cooperation between, engineering, sales, product management, customer success and product management teams. No politics or playing games. Frequent and clear communications from management team, with transparency. There is a strong sense of working together to build a successful company, customer appreciation and brand leadership in the community. Everything you do, every day, has impact.
Cons
The job is not a grind, but Robin is a small, growing company with some big time customers. So there are times where you will need to work off hours or longer hours. Also listed in the Pro section "Everything you do, every day, has impact." So you need to expect to be sharp, thorough and do your best work every day, on every task. This is job for motivated people.
