Pros
The best thing about working here was just the overall atmosphere. Everyone who worked here wanted to be there. Nobody was just trying to get a paycheck. Even when it was clear people were tired or stressed, they still gave it one hundred percent. Every one here loved what they did.
Also, the management is also excellent. They were very flexible in scheduling and we're fine with me missing a day of work as long as I gave them a days notice. Also, they really did take an interest in our personal lives and our future. Regularly giving people advice about anything. One of the people in management went out of their way to get someone an interview at another job.
This is just an excellent place if business, and I enjoyed every minute. Even when I had to do tons of overtime.
Cons
The RCLC is a small place and a small staff, so you have to be comfortable doing work that's not in the job description. Also, there are always kids around. So it can be pretty loud at times, and just hard to find a empty space to work. Other than that it's a great place to work.
