A great company to work for. A great, pet friendly environment and a company working for a great cause. RoboKind is creating robots which help teach social skills to children with autism and do other types of social therapy and education. The work environment is casual with relaxed work hours and only occasional intense deadlines. The company has grown a lot in the last six months and has had some growing pains but seems to be more organized than ever.

The software team can be disorganized and misses deadlines. They don't always communicate well to the rest of the company.
