The industry is very cool and you get to be very hands on with the robots.

Management doesnt have a good handle on the situation and is constantly behind on crucial deadlines. The franchisee owners are constantly harassing HQ employees. There is an expectation of over work using phrases such as "sleep faster". There are no benefits aside from health.
