Pros

- Roboyo is extremely flexible and has a great work culture. You are able to balance personal life pretty well as long as you are able to get tasks done and meet expectations. At times, you work more than 50 hours a week and then every once in a while, you are able to work a less than 40. It just depends on workload but Roboyo understands that eb and flow and allows it to be a flexible work approach for their employees. Again, it is consulting so working more hours every once in a while is inevitable - With its global footprint, as long as you are able to clear travel plans with your project team, you are able to work from anywhere within some reasonable limits. Limits would be time zone restrictions and getting clearance for certain countries given IT policies but again, greatly flexible especially for the field of consulting. - Seems to have a sustainable growth strategy. Given external market conditions, this may change, but thus far, there has been a good amount of opportunities and the company has a growth strategy that seems to be weathering the storm. - Exciting field with increasing opportunities, or at least it seems. I say "at least it seems" because the field in which Roboyo operates is changing rapidly and constantly. This is exciting and there seems to be a lot of growth but long term this needs to be evaluated. - Clear communication from management. They have worked hard on this and the improvements are noticeable. Communication is clear, consistent, and for the most part transparent.

Cons

- Pay and compensation doesn't seem to be on par with the rest of the industry. They are working on it but still lower than others. - Constant changes in organization and operations. There are frequent changes leadership and just as frequent changes in how the business operates. While a lot of this can be contributed to growing pains, it creates an uneasy feeling given that it never fully feels "established". - Project conditions. Given Roboyo is in such a new field and things are constantly changing, some projects have much less guidance than others. There are little to no operating procedures in certain cases which may appeal to some but creates unneeded stress when needing to do your job.
