Pros
- Engaging environment - Friendly coworkers - Great exposure
Cons
- If you're not working 12+ hours to keep up with your tasks then you'll be looked down on. The company normalizes long working hours. No work-life balance - Dishonesty with their clients. They usually communicate facts that aren't true, whether it is the status of the project they're working on or the amount of team members that are 'fully dedicated' to the project, which isn't true at all. - Incredibly understaffed with no intention to hire so that they could cut down cost. They hire one person to do a three man job. - They don't follow correct process and are incredibly resistant to change - Incredibly low salaries and they justify it by saying that you'll get benefits that are never actually provided - Management does not leave anyone to do their job, it's literally a one man show to them and they have to interfere with everything. - Management is not confrontational and will talk to everyone about your 'bad performance' because you didn't work 12+ hours but they won't tell you to your face. - Too many distractions because they're always moving around what they like to call "Resources" - Team members. Nothing ever goes as planned because of their incredibly poor management. - Management lies to clients for retention and sell them false or ambiguous ideas on purpose
