Pros
The other employees are nice. Great for getting a lot of experience quickly because they are understaffed due to employees quitting due to the toxic work environment.
Cons
The owners don't know how to communicate. They only know how to yell at employees. That's why they have such a high turnover rate. They refuse to send you your final paycheck if you quit so you have to file a claim with the ministry of labour. They pay well below average.
