Cons
Most jobs require a minimum of 10 hours per day. Lunch is frowned upon if you are not hourly. It's a modern-day cult within the firm, and the folks at the top are, well, false. You work as hard as you can only to be mocked in front of the entire company by ownership and management, who expect you to kneel down to them.
