      Pros

      Great if you want to be a designer or in sales. Training is ok, mainly just online modules. People are nice. Pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Poor base salary, commission kinda helps. VERY cut-throat sales job because of mid-level commission rate. Everything takes a long process. Upper management is slow to respond. Not a lot of growth opportunity. No weekends off. Very learn as you go so if you team isn’t great, good luck.

      Pros

      Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

      Cons

      Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.
