      Class sizes are small. Technology is up to date.

      Cons

      RCTC is a toxic place to work. The president and vp's have no interest in the mental health or job satisfaction of the employees (faculty included).

      Pros

      Plenty of parking, deans and teaching staff are nice, bookstore is good, great insurance.

      Cons

      The buildings are falling apart with water leaks and mold. Many employees do the bare minimum. Rampant trust issues. Administration is unhelpful and acts like a private club. Rules differ based on who you know.
