Having been at Rockbot for 2 years I have to say this is one of the most engaging companies I've ever worked in. The leadership is incredibly collaborative and the opportunity to grow your role and take on new responsibilities is highly encouraged. Aside from having lots of room to grow your role and experience, Rockbot's product is second to none in the market. We are seeing a flood of customers leaving outdated old providers and the wave of interest is only growing. Growing 100%+ YOY is in an exploding company is really fun to be a part of, and we celebrate our wins monthly. On top of that all, the company encourages a healthy work life balance and culture events and in general despite it being a startup, no one runs around with their hair on fire and freaks out during tough times, we all dig in, address the problem calmly and mindfully and as a result we come up with effective solutions without the stress. Love my job, and excited for the years to come as we disrupt and industry and all learn a ton in the process.
Cons
It's a growing company so sometimes we realize their are organizational systems and processes that should be in place that aren't yet... that said each time we find a gap, the team is very understanding and reacts quickly to build the infrastructure needed and continue to improve the overall team and process.
