Pros
None that I can think of.
Cons
Think of all the companies you've worked for. Has any ever been perfect? Of course not. The perfect company does not exist because every organization has its flaws and that's OK. But isn't there something extremely "off" about the reviews here of RCM that list the cons as "none that I can think of?" Disingenuous, to start. But it reveals a window into the culture of fear at RCM where employees are silenced and expected to smile and fall in line despite their actual feelings. I, nor you, have ever worked at a company with literally no "cons." However, when you have HR ordering people to list positive reviews to combat the negative ones, this is what you get. Think critically about the reviews that say there are literally no cons of working at RCM. Would you want to work somewhere with forced smiles and forced reviews? They might mask these flaws with "start-up mentality" and "young firm," which translates to "not for everyone." In reality you should not have to sacrifice your mental health and happiness for an organization that is designed to help the 1% get even richer. No amount of money they can possibly pay you (and it won't be a lot) can be worth the instability and feeling of constantly looking over your shoulder to wonder who is going to get the axe next.
