Pros
I loved the culture. The company was awesome and had a very stimulating atmosphere. They spared no expense taking care of you with lots of perks. Contests for trips, gave away prizes all the time- expensive ones.. They had a great training program to prepare you for when you hit the floor. Staff who wanted to get into management was encouraged with programs in place to work with you.
Cons
As a banker you can expected to work a lot of hours- 60 plus every week for the first couple years at least It is very fast paced and stressful which caused a high burn out rate.
