      Great team to work with, great knowledge base.

      Cons

      Low pay for amount of work. CEO is very conservative with their views, including men cannot have piercings. No remote option for employees.

      I got lucky with being hired at this small IT Company. The staff is great, CEO personable, free snacks, great learning opportunities.

      As far as salaries go, not the best.

      The employees are hard working and work together.

      Cons

      The owner is a micro micro manager and doesn’t let you do the job you were hired for. He needs to hire a CEO he’s too emotional invested.Anyone who get up in front of the whole company week after week talking about how he started the company and how he doesn’t have another 10 years to meet his financial goals for the company needs to step away.
