Lost in space - Engineer Rocket Lab Employee Review

Hi there, It’s great to hear that you enjoyed some of the perks of working at Rocket Lab! Unfortunately due to COVID we were unable to have any large events, including our usual Christmas party, as much as we would have loved to have all of our staff together. However during the year we did have multiple online events to try and connect our people as best we could. We hope 2022 is the year we can finally have everyone together to celebrate the success we have had in 2021. Quality continues to be a focus for us and we are always looking at ways to improve. When your sending rockets to space you’ve got to make sure that every intricate detail is to the highest standards, which is why we also hire the best employees to deliver to this. We are sad to hear that you didn’t enjoy the culture at Rocket Lab. We understand that it isn’t for everyone, but we do pride ourselves on having a top notch team. With regards to bonuses, we do have a share incentive scheme, as we all as an employee share purchase program, which is very lucrative.
