I can only speak to my experience in the software department Every engineer on the various software teams are all amazing to work with The challanges are interesting and provide variety New opportunities are always opening up as the company continues to grow Worklife balance for me was great, however it may vary team to team Generally awesome company to work for with lots of really smart people from all aspects of engineering
Cons
A lot of problems are solved "bottom up" (could be seen as a positive) No software engineering support roles - engineers must play all roles in the SDLC Rocket Lab isn't a software engineering company, even though a lot of software is produced, and therefore dosen't have things you'd typically find in a software company
