      Nothing..... just snack bar and some good people

      Cons

      No life .... Just work work work ..... 24/7 availability required ..... No flexibility ...... Demanding.... Micro managing...... Highest turn over rate you can ever imagine! You dont get time to know your team and peers.....They join and leave within months or weeks!!
