      Pros

      Most of the folks you’ll work with are nice, genuine people.

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to market rates and young folks are typically hired out of college to justify this. Favoritism is quite noticeable as there are employees and leadership in known relationships. It was not uncommon to see leadership raise their voice or get upset. Many were overlooked and did great work.

      Pros

      An awesome place to work that feels like family. The whole team is very talented, creative and caring. We get a lot done and we have fun while at it. Great benefits, very flexible, most of us work remotely. Casual dress code and a full gym just for employees on site. The best job I have ever had! Prepare to be a rockstar at what you do, mediocrity is not tolerated here.
