      Pros

      Your in the lead of your own career, if you have a great idea the door is open and you'll get all the help you need. Great office in a great Amsterdam location, with a very young gun crowd and attitude.

      Cons

      Can be very sales-led practically and everybody is client-facing due to the fast turnaround and close knit collaboration and impact with the client.
