      - Friendly people - If you like parties, they have good ones - Culture might be a good fit for some people, but definitely not for everyone

      Cons

      - Unqualified, inexperienced and toxic leadership (my experience was at RocketRevenue) - Overall toxic environment - Chaos and lack of project management - Junior people are hired and their “expertise” is sold to clients - Lack of professionalism

      - Lack of technical expertise from team leadership - No clear roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master - No structured assessment of individual contributions or collaboration - Disorganized vision and team structure - Company and projects often overhyped compared to reality

      Pros

      Your in the lead of your own career, if you have a great idea the door is open and you'll get all the help you need. Great office in a great Amsterdam location, with a very young gun crowd and attitude.

      Cons

      Can be very sales-led practically and everybody is client-facing due to the fast turnaround and close knit collaboration and impact with the client.
