Micro management - Anonymous employee Rodan Energy Employee Review

The micro management that went on with one of the VP's and the owners could be over whelming at times. I give them 2 star's because upper management reluctantly to change with the times. HR isn't very competent and seems to be a revolving door in the sales, marketing, legal and network operations side of the business. The owners are well connected to Ottawa.
