Not a great place to work - Anonymous employee Rodan Energy Employee Review

I was working at Energent, which became part of Rodan Energy in 2016. I had very bad experience in working both at Energent and Rodan. Initially I worked on a temporary contract with a promise of Health Insurance after securing fellowship, which I secured, but I never got insurance. The HR is not at all competent, ignore if you have any concern. I would not recommend anyone this company. I also would like to bring this to attention to the organization who reward them as best small or medium sized company.
