Pay is great for the area. There is plenty of overtime to pick up. Great work environment.

Well, if you just got hired you were probably better employee than most of management. 1.For 7 months we had to work with a racist, sexist, obnoxious manager ever. He would often say racial slurs and some pretty offensive stuff to women to their face. It took months of constant harassment reports to get him fired. 2. Some officer are under-trained, we had medical emergency that took one officer 10 minutes to respond too. 3. They won't do anything we stuff gets reported to us. I.E. Harrasments or thefts. 4. Worse management possible. The site supervisor would rather talk cars to talk about a lot of stuff we needed to know for the job 5. Barely told any information on how to do anything. 6. The worse by far is this company tolerance to allow a particular guard to have job despite the numerous complaints from women he harassed on a daily basis, constantly bad mouthing every officer and employee, and overall a creepy guy that can give serial killer stalkers a run for their money.
