Materials were on time usually, equipment was top notch, no shortcuts. Diverse. When OT was required they let you know with plenty of time. Unexpected bonus’
Cons
Tiny bonus for a company raking in millions. The owner is a great guy but he likes to micromanage his foremen. In non union shops sometimes unqualified personnel is in charge and that is kind of scary for the electrical trade.
