Not too many issues good company

Not many, the owner does seem to try to at least try to give something nice to employees but he is only 1 person.

Unfortunately the office setting Rodenhiser provides is a toxic one. You will be micromanaged to the smallest detail, you will be talked about the second you leave a room in a negative way, and you will never find that you did a good job because as soon as you finish a work load they throw another stack at you. The pay does not match the work ethic they are looking for. Management are like some weird cool high-school clique who show no shame and put down other employees right in front of everyone. The second you are not available to do more for this company you are threatened with disciplinary action due to the job description being vague in its in requirements. Unless you want to be a company man/woman this is not the job for you and I recommend you keep looking. It is a revolving door and there is a reason not many people stay.
