      None you get a paycheck

      Cons

      Everything, shop is no longer union, they wanted to gut the contact and the shop was so divided that the strike resulted in a stalemate and now is no longer union. Also the manager could care less he is there to collect a check for doing nothing. Spends more time smoking. Looking for dates on tinder and looking for boat parts with the other manager.

      No formal training program Bad credit customers due to location Management personalities Poorly communicated expectations No demo 100% commission No bonuses Older facility 3 owners Sometimes unethical F&I practices Management is constantly stressed (owner driven)
