Mid-sized company that is poised for growth in multiple sectors.

Very few and only minor cons.

-Somewhat decent pay for some departments (except for engineers, they are WAY underpaid compared to industry standards) -Founder is a great guy and genuinely cares about his mission

-LOTS of favoritism here and nepotism -If someone higher up in the chain has a relative who wants your job, you will be fired, so it is given to them -Have done several rounds of layoffs and randomly fire people in waves. I have known several people who were fired solely due to budget issues, with no real performance-related reasons -You are expected to 'wear many hats' and this means being available 24/7 and doing way more than your job description and role, without any added pay -Overall, pretty toxic environment. You can't be yourself, and you will be overworked
