If you haven't seen the reviews below yet on this page, then this will be a good intro... This company is something I have never experienced in a workplace before. Owners are poor leaders (one in particular) and get in the way of any success from the ground floor and you get made to feel terrible if you ask any clarifying questions.
Growth?
No such thing.... The people who have made it to management Kudos to them it was a lot of hard work and they are great people.... I just feel bad that they need to report to two incompetent power-hungry individuals who still live in the past form their last employer.
This company will sell you the dream and promise you the world just to not give a care about you after your first week. Better yet when it comes time to part ways they delegate that responsibility to the people below them as they don't have the backbone to do it themselves.
If this business is able to keep their lights on when 2025 comes around, I'd be surprised. If it was closed for reasons outside of financial reasons, (considering there is no HR) I wouldn't be surprised.
*"Industry leading benefits" is Joke nobody in the company is even on them and if you have a family you're screwed. (your salary wont cover it)
*"Unlimited PTO" also a joke - PTO is frowned upon and it you take it be ready for questions to make sure you were actually on vacation and not interviewing.
*"hybrid work" - No such thing once your in the door.
All in all if you are starting your career go to any other 30+ recruiting firms in Boston to get experience. Don't waste your time and sanity here, they simply don't care.
Go work some place you can be proud of.
