Pros

100% paid health insurance, that’s it.

Cons

By far the most unprofessional environment I have ever worked in. All members of management, all senior level professionals who have worked together previously at a different company, are petty, cruel, immature, and above all else, extremely unprofessional. They gossip about each other behind each others backs, and then do the same with employees creating a toxic and uncomfortable work environment. Unfortunately, there is no HR department to hold any senior leaders accountable, and believe me when I say they are NOT held accountable for their actions. They will promise you the job is one thing, only for it to be something else entirely, and then gaslight you into thinking you are crazy. They promise all the bells and whistles, but their money and their actions are do not match what comes out of their mouth during the interview process, or when you start. Despite their tenured in the industry, the four leaders behave in such an immature manner, you question how they have been in the industry for as long as they have. Cannot emphasize enough, run for the hills.

Pros

This was an awesome internship that provided real hands on experience with excellent feedback throughout. The culture is collaborative, friendly, and constructive while simultaneously being competitive to fuel the rewarding growth that you get to take part in. I quickly grew to love the environment, location, and all the people in it - Would recommend!

Cons

The open desk area built for open communication can make focusing and speaking/listening difficult with everything going on.

Pros

(most) co-workers were wonderful and kind. Great location.

Cons

Where do I begin? They lie during the interview process. The partners are very pretentious and do not do take any sort of constructive criticism, or ideas from anyone else well and can't be ever be wrong. Questions I asked were manipulated and used against me. Most of the staff started there right out of college so they have no idea what other work environments are like so they end up drinking the juice. Every one comes in at the exact same time, eats lunch at the exact same time and leaves at the exact same time. The micro management is insane. Its quite literally a puppy mill. Leadership plays favorites... even taking people out to lunch and not returning for the rest of the day. I witnessed a lot of racist comments from director level leadership as well. There is no strategic plan. They plan on growing by making more dials and closing more deals, they are not marching toward any sort of real goal. There is no work life balance either. I could write a book on this place. It was the most bizarre place I've ever worked. I would stay far away.
