Pros

Great place to work if you want to be in sales. If you put in the effort, there is a very competitive commission structure and lots of opportunity for promotions. Great culture, benefits, and supportive management.

Cons

Like any sales role, there is a learning curve and effort required. Beware of negative reviews from bitter employees that were not successful in their roles.

Pros

This was an awesome internship that provided real hands on experience with excellent feedback throughout. The culture is collaborative, friendly, and constructive while simultaneously being competitive to fuel the rewarding growth that you get to take part in. I quickly grew to love the environment, location, and all the people in it - Would recommend!

Cons

The open desk area built for open communication can make focusing and speaking/listening difficult with everything going on.

Pros

(most) co-workers were wonderful and kind. Great location.

Cons

Where do I begin? They lie during the interview process. The partners are very pretentious and do not do take any sort of constructive criticism, or ideas from anyone else well and can't be ever be wrong. Questions I asked were manipulated and used against me. Most of the staff started there right out of college so they have no idea what other work environments are like so they end up drinking the juice. Every one comes in at the exact same time, eats lunch at the exact same time and leaves at the exact same time. The micro management is insane. Its quite literally a puppy mill. Leadership plays favorites... even taking people out to lunch and not returning for the rest of the day. I witnessed a lot of racist comments from director level leadership as well. There is no strategic plan. They plan on growing by making more dials and closing more deals, they are not marching toward any sort of real goal. There is no work life balance either. I could write a book on this place. It was the most bizarre place I've ever worked. I would stay far away.
