      - 30min commute from Lafayette - Sometimes quite stressful/high stakes

      Pros

      Fantastic office culture (office dog!). Really smart coworkers, both technical and non-technical. Really exciting projects and company trajectory.

      Cons

      Long hours for sure but it's definitely an ownership driven work culture rather than leadership demanding / expecting long hours.
