I have a direct impact. The way we handle deliveries directly affects customer satisfaction, which is key for us. I work with people who have a drive to get things done. When something needs to improve, we don’t wait – we make it happen. I can bring ideas to the table and see them in action. Processes can always be optimized, and here, there’s room to innovate and make real changes. Fast decision-making. No long approval processes – if something makes sense, we try it. There’s room to grow. If you work hard and show you’ve got what it takes, new opportunities open up. Overall? The fast-paced environment, great team, and the ability to make a real impact are what I enjoy the most about this job.
