      Great product Great engineering opportunities Flexible work hours Global teams

      Cons

      No proper structure for global employees Haphazard Plans No sync with China teams - Global teams suffer a lot because of the same China team is politically incorrect , power hungry and never wants to update Global teams No standards, cheap work culture and quality There is potential to have stable product but because of internal politics, it won't ever scale.

      Pros

      Plenty of smart and motivated people working there, I felt challenged and satisfied with the project I was given.

      Cons

      It can be tough if you don't speak Mandarin, but I would say people are still very friendly regardless!
