Pros
1. As a fresher, you can acquire new skills and valuable knowledge.
2. Teammates, Tech Leads, and Team Managers are very helpful, supportive, and friendly. If you are seeking these positive attributes, I definitely recommend joining this organization.
Cons
1. First and Third Saturdays are considered half days working.
2. Knowing Kannada language is favored by HR and senior management. If you are not able to speak or understand local language, you may experience biased treatment in various aspects.
Even though I am from Karnataka, I consider this as a biggest cons based on the experience of my colleagues from Tamil Nadu, Andhra, or North India, who have encountered challenges due to this language preference.
