      -good food -smart people -nice facilities

      Cons

      -Endemic culture of fear. Everyone scared all the time -No real training and development for people. -Hard to move up to have more responsibility or make lateral moves. -Terribly complicated systems -have seen more people fired here than even at other hedge funds.
